hello everybody!!!

I just uploaded some of my 2d design assignments from my first year in college as an art major. It's been a very hectic, but a fulfilling time. I don't think I've ever lacked so much sleep before but all is well, and frankly, walking back from the art school to the dorms at 5 am has a sort of honest charm about it. I learned a lot and played a lot, and I could not ask for more.

On a more somber note, I hope that everyone can keep up their support for the earthquake in China as well as the cyclone in Burma. I guess recently, I've been getting caught up in my personal life, but after hearing stories from these disasters, it really made me re-prioritize some things. These catastrophes could have very easily happened to us, and for the sake of brotherhood and all that, we should at least care enough to help out, even a little.

But aside from that, summer is here!! hooray. Sleep is really delicious. (So are avocados and watermelons.)
